Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

We want you to love your handcrafted leather goods. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 90 days of purchase (exceptions apply; see “Non-Returnable Items” below).


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift certificates
  • Items damaged due to improper use
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@arbortradingpost.com with your return request.
  2. Provide proof of purchase OR product images. If you don’t have a receipt, don’t worry – since all of our products are handmade, we can verify authenticity based on photos.
  3. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to send the item back.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company – some processing time may apply.
  3. Contact your bank, as they may have additional processing delays.
  4. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@arbortradingpost.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at isabel@arbortradingpost.com.


Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift or the original buyer had it shipped to themselves before gifting it, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
